    Always keep in mind that the refining abilities going forward are where the bottle necks lie. Refining capacity is the niche side going forward as of now today. If you cannot refine the supply then the supply is irrelevant.
    Its expensive and time consuming to construct a refinery for Nickel and Cobalt.
    Just a thought.
