Reading between the lines on this one Jervois just spent a very long time on developing some very very expensive cobalt facility at the end of a very long road that is covered in snow most of the time and if you want to buy seven/nine years of home grown US Cobalt it's going to cost a lot.
The question is who would buy the facility and why?
The suggestion that Cobalt is cyclical is one thing but that graph it's looking kinda boom n busy / rip saw like to me but I'm no chart analyst...
