They lost track of their original strategy that they set out with for example BC stated that a company that trades in one commodity is a lost cause and that JRV would not be going down that path yet they landed up right down that path. BC and company, you have failed on your own by not following your own original strategy.

I have spoken to BC for 5 minutes in person. Have to say he doesn't seem humbled by complete failure of JRV to date. Still same attitude.
