Syrah went from 44c to 95c in the past 4 trading days based on the China graphite export control news.
If a similar move was made for refined cobalt, Jervois would most likely fly as well.
Regardless, Western governments will eventually move from empty rhetoric - if they are truly legit about securing their supply chains ex-China.
Jervois need to exercise balance sheet discipline for a change & secure asset level deals in the near term.
