The Board has an obligation to cease trading and inform the markets in events of insolvency.
JRV had around $16M cash at the end of July - Safe to say if a deal was not reached they would be insolvent. I will allow them until the US time zone in case there are any lose ends to tie with the Bond Holder. There will either be a further 1 week extention or an agreement to refi/restructure.
