The dilution would be to great with regards to JRV and CTM. I don’t think BC would enter into a deal of this nature at this point in time but time will soon tell.
Mercuria is a new addition to our company and has indicated a willingness to do deals with BC.
Mercuria wasn’t involved with JRV when that announcement was made.
