Correct. The one that got away. Interestingly, BHP considering a Hydrometallurgy process instead of Smelting that is usually associated with Ni Sulphide. I raised this at another forum but did get much traction. Interested in hearing views on this move (especially the Hydro met process). I particularly like that part of the announcement as i think this will prime BHP to consider laterite assets as well (as they use Hydro met extraction). I could be very wrong and that's why wanted to test my understanding.
On another note:- The competition for Ni assets and MHP feed stock is crazy right now. Luckily we have some of the best brains in industry leading JRV. Its not going to be easy (IMHO). That's why I always keep my eye on Nico Young - The inground reserves are appreciating in value as we speak and JRV has access to capital unlike many others.
