jrv shareholders taste,eat digest and die

This latest move by Pursell is beyond belief, I was concerned that Pursell would pull the usual stunt and issue a large tranche to a "friendly" investor, but this action of his makes my worst estimaion pale into insignificance.

The last sighted count at Computershare was alledgedly Jervoisvision Group 265 million votes to Pursells existing board 55 million, since then Pursell has alledgedly denied Campbell and other non executive directors access to Computershare. Considering the phone contacts by Jervoisvision have consistently shown a 90% intention to vote for the Jervoisvision. Understand, these contacts are wholly random, (every contactable shareholder has been sounded out)

It must be accepted that various blocks of shares may come in at diffrent points in time leading up to the EGM, but it would not be drawing to long a bow to expect Pursells existing board to be comprehensively defeated

What does Pursell do, swaps a great tranche of JRV for NAE shares, JRV gets no finacial gain, only Pursell hands out a great volume of shares/votes

Who the hell are NAE ? Who owns them, what are their assets because this looks like a reverse takeover by NAE

Why is Pursell rearranging and adding to the shareholders registry,( potentially with purchasers who may feel "inclined" to vote for the existing board), midway through an election for a new board, AFTER many/most of the shareholders have voted,it is only two weeks until the EGM, (can you imagine if a political party did this in the lead up to a called election)

WHAT CONCEIT AND DISTAIN PURSELL IS SHOWING TO THE EXISTING JRV SHAREHOLDERS

It was a relief to see Pursell is trotting out that the usual suspects, the airey fairey potential investors from "Japan and the Phillipines etc. etc." are in his site, what a joke.

Goodness knows what CRR are thinking having been hoodwinked by Pursell, they must feel like getting their monies back sooner rather than later after watching his latest shinanagins
