IMO shareholders are sitting this one out for a few months, nothing to be gained by selling out particularly since the j/v announcement, I think most shareholders will wait until the end of October, when hopefully the j/v will be past the point of no return.
Remember $49m is alot of money to put towards a pilot program, thet must be reasonably confident of success. All will come to those who wait.
