FFS. I don't want to keep getting involved but when I read rubbish like this I have to put it straight so others don't get misled.
1) What number did you call to speak to IR? As far as I'm aware IR only has an email contact. Any phone number just goes through to the sales teams.
2) The ARPU is higher because it includes all customers, including NFP from BIG Cares which have a much higher spend. The packages for SME's range from $1k-$4k. That's a fact and I can't believe you are arguing this point.
3) The $12k you refer to is the financed bundled packaged through FC, which some SME customers take up. The $12k is a line of credit for the SME to use, out of which the package fee is taken. We've talked about that many times.
