    OK, that makes sense to me but if the finance is for $12k which BIG is selling to the SME and only $4Kk is being used for video production and membership fees - are BIG technically selling finance and not video production as only 1/3 is being used to pay for their services?

    Because if they are selling finance why pay FCC anything like 24%? It should be the other way round to cover telemarketing, sales commissions etc.

    I am interested in your view.
