To explain firther (its late)
the inconsistencies were that JC refused to answer some of my questions in a crowd of intent AGM listeners;
but he was more than happy to have previously given me the answer via the phone, with extensive explanation (it now feels like he conned me therfore - after reviewing years of records on our legitimate interactions).

By asking him the same things i had asked prior to the AGM, i was qualifying the integrity of his earlier comments - or so i should have know at the time, but perhaps i refused to notice them.
