How would a move like this dilute your holdings?
No shares have been issued. The funding requirements were always going to come from a Sth African source and are going to be a mix of debt and equity.
How much equity is going to be the question. From dicussion from mangement in the past, they said they want to keep this to a minimum.
With a Capex of $700 million you have to be dreaming not to think that there will be some dilution. The alternative is not get any funding. What would you rather?
