I agree with you AKA with respect to the strength of a non-binding MOU... however, I see this as a positive from a long-term perspective on the basis that I presume it is structured as such by PLV rather than the JTC.

I have faith (which of course may be misguided) that PLV management can see the "requirements" being a fait accompli and therefore see fair value for a future transaction at a multiple of what would have been achieved (or binding) right now.
