DJ1, try not to get personal. Just two weeks ago my organisation finalised a binding MOU worth $300m which was the result of 9 months of negotiations and its second in 4 years...so I certainly have some idea of how things work and dont for one second think things are easy. We certainly didnt start telling people we almost had a deal...until we had signatures on the MOU.
It's naive to make assumptions about people and their business experience based on a comment on HC.
The reality is a non binding agreement only confirms PLV is a company capable of attracting international interest. I see very little else in the announcement I didnt already expect and certainly dont see any cash which is what PLV will need.
While I'm confident PLV will secure funding, I'm merely suggesting why the market hasnt reacted favourably to the announcement. PLV has dropped 15% the past 2 days, which indicates the market doesnt share your optimism.
Good luck, regardless of the MOU, PLV has a bright future ahead of it IMO.
