My guess is that's it's a serious trader who understand charting. Note the beautiful monthly and especially weekly charts setup? His/her action is setting up a very favorable formation/MA lineup to an upward thrust. This buyer might have already acquired a decent position, and is trying to keep up the momentum with real money. He/she does not mind if his/her late order gets filled, but is also otherwise happy with what he/she's already got. I have bought in between 45c and 50c, intending to ride the wave up.
