i saw jubilee shares are running at around 8 british pents. thats pretty much worthless. add that with lewins future involvement plus any debt taken on by jubilee, pla share holders will loose again. the merger, in my view will lock in heavy losses....keep in mind misleading announcements made by pla in the past will keep investors away from this for a long time..
