If JBL is up, it means their shareholders are getting a better deal than ours. i.e. they are picking up resources and operating equipment for a song, plus the synergies they gain from a larger group - cost savings, cheaper debt, time constructing equipment removed and increased assets to lift them up with the big boys and get institutional coverage.
This wont be a merger of equals
This is not a good sign...
