Only an interim injunction at this stage. After all Judge Brown's work, I cannot see him making a significant error in law, giving SMM an opportunity for a successful appeal. Any error, I presume, in the SMM application to appeal will be determined as frivolous or such, and dismissed, unless the law wants to hang SMM again for their arrogance. IMO
