This is an opinion based on the comment by someone that the hedge funds now are in possession of about 50% of FMS's shares.

If that is true then very serious comments would be happening behind closed doors.

My belief based on the above is the deal will go through.

Something is happening in the background which none of us have a clue about.

None of us have a clue why the hedge funds bought between 28 and 30 cents, there has to be a reason for that.

One day this will possibly be the plot for a movie.

If this goes through then the buying recently will be a big reward. I would love to know what the plot is. The cost of that injunction would be well rewarded if this goes through. A new twist on an old plot
