Share price has been well priced in the failing of the takeover bid. Current sp has fallen 55% from bid price of 30c, what is downside compared the upside? This deal is off and another deal will come up. Aussie companies like FMG, RIO would bid for FMS as the project is close to their existing projects. Chinese would be suitors as well.
If you are medium or long term holders, surely you will be well rewarded.
