This judgement seems to be outrageous.
If the issue is that people don't think it is good to have it in that location, that's one thing, but to tie it in his judgement to emissions of GHG in the future is extraordinary.
How and how soon can this guy be removed from the bench? I hope the applicant appeals, successfully and Minister Canavan gets to make a ruling.
