I am usually all over these sorts of crazy daily runners...but would not touch this even with Clarke Kent's money.
Could be a dreaded trading halt any time, followed by..."yibity yibta..that's all folks"
Interestingly, I saw a similar buy-up pattern (lesser extent) in SWC just before they went under...and again in MXS just a day or so prior to their demise...lol...another was TRT.
Didn't watch CMQ closely enough today, but I assume it was similar to the buying interest we saw last week...which of course was, in my mind, dumbfounding.
I guess if there are no other shareholders left in the queue...and you can buy and sell to yourself, while picking up the odd "outsider" along the way...then it might explain what went on here?
There is of course the possibility that for someone, picking up stock is actually worthwhile in a non-investment sense...I wonder if the bond-holders could work in a benefit to holding a certain number of shares?
If not, could well simply be a significant pump and exit strategy...lol...as if we haven't see it all before.
