It says: "The Federal Court has now ruled that the group "failed to make good any of its grounds" and dismissed the application with costs."
If correct, this means the petition has been disallowed (failed) and the petitioner (STT) must pay the necessary costs incurred by the party responding to it ie. the trouble and expense that VMS et al went to defending and succeeding in their defence.
