Regardless if they have the money VMS should keep pursuing it to:

a)keep STT busy in the city with their lawyers
b)deplete STT's bank balance through lawyers fees
c)deter others from getting involved in STT
d)put other greeny organisations on notice they will be held accountable
e)just so they suffer like we have

Strategic with a hint of spitefulness.... :-)

I would have thought there was nothing stopping VMS going after Scott Jordan personally if statements were just plain lies that cost VMS investment income.

ASIC or the like should still have a look at STT's motives in any case, particularly if they bought any shares after a dip caused by statements and claims made by STT.
