Yes this will be a big catalyst to a re-rating of share price if a favorable outcome is achieved - In the event that RFG is penalised with a big fine we will likely be required recap the balance sheet with a mix of equity and debt. This is not an optimal scenario however it would give investors greater clarity on forward prospects which is a positive.
