Harry27 - you are obviously well educated and well informed.If the judge hands down a decision in favour of CHM what form do you think it will take? Presumably at some stage he would require an up to date valuation of the asset/assets in question in order to determine a $ value.
I guess it won't be that simple but anything you have to add would be appreciated.
