The actual judgement will be long and detailed BUT the Judge will cut to the chase and award judgement to XXX and it will be up to CHM and MXX to come out with announcemnts to explain what that means. Value is reflected in both the price of MMX and the potential value of the asset. The BFS being conducted and due by year end will give all parties that transparency. By the time the judgment is given and both CHM and MMX have had a chance to comment then we will have a better grasp of value. What the motivations of MMX, CFE and Mitsuibishi to progress this multi billion dollar project and what they are willing to pay to continue down that path will also determine the potential value of CHM. Lets hope all the major parties (MMX, CFE, Mitsuibishi) are very keen to get rid of this complication called CHM and pay large. Even if it is half what CHM want as a minimum reflection of value = $67m = 4.7c of cash.
