judgement day, page-108

I must admit that I'm a little confused with what is going on.

It seems all of a sudden we are awating the Fed Court judgements on both cases when the Misleading case was still at the directions hearings stage. What has happened to the directions hearings? How do we go straight to a judgement?

The ML extension is only until friday and the Fed Court judgements are anticated to be handed down the wednesday after the friday.

I would have thought that if there was going to be some major legal judgement handed down then both parties would push for the ML extension beyond this point.

I would have thought that both AGS and Heathgate would want to settle the Fed Court stuff first.

Is there a chance the Fed Court stuff will be officially discontinued before friday?

Is it possible to file for discontinuance when the judge has made a judgement but hasn't officially handed it down?

Not too sure what to make of the Judges comments today. Were they purely to placate/pacify anyone that made an effort to turn up?
