To clarify, and referencing Jayson1, it will be very difficult for QH to be 100% innocent IMO, so even the slightest hint/fact of M&DC will put AGS in a stronger position to negotiate. Its a big stick to weild, but yes you are correct, the wrestle for a fair share will be on. This ~$4m AGS have spent on legal fees has at least leveled the playing field in terms of power.

The first sniff of a ML sent this stock to over $2.80 and the environment only looks better, so I have chosen to hang in until true SH vale is realised.
