I remember mayfair reporting back to us from the Court that AGS was asked details regarding damages and the AGS Lawyers replied by stating that had not put any thought into at that point.

At that point they were quite a way into the Hearings and I'm pretty sure that the current drilling program had already been planned so from this consideration I doubt if a valuation has anything to do with a damages claim.

If I get a chance I will go back and check the facts. It's an interesting point of reference.
