I dont know much about law but I wouldnt think they could make Heathgate buy AGS. That leaves a return of the lease, leaving things as it is or something else. My understanding is the main complaint is Heathgate found something when they were exploring but were running out of time. They requested an extention of the JV. AGS agreed to this extention but hadnt been aware that they were on the brink of a significant find. Informed consent is very important in law and so is fiduciary duty, which you would think may apply in this case but from what I hear it doesnt.
Heathgate hasnt been a prick and stolen the car, it paid a deposit and is keeping up the payments, its just it said it was a dunga and got it cheap.

So if the court thinks it wouldnt be justice to throw the book at Heathgate it has to consider something else.
