Maybe AGS should whip out the Corporate Law Economic Reform Program Act 2004.
This could all get very messy. Settlement is probably better for everyone.
vespi I sort of think the AGS Shareholder is being taken into consideration as is because AGS is basically a collective of shareholders. The AGS Management is taking collective action.
