What makes me laugh about your post MD is that you seem to think your opinions are facts. Sorry to disappoint you but they aren't.

The penny won't drop because a buy out is a distinct possibility. If you can prove to me that there is no way AGS will lose the M&D conduct case then your opinion is correct.

So it is your turn now to prove to us all that AGS have a water tight case and will have their lease returned to them.
