It seems to me there is a number of ways the problems with the joint venture can be settled.
By a buy out, by a court ordered settlement, by negotiation etc... The problem is likely to centre around valuation.
Why not as an interim or long term solution simplify the partnership to a royalty agreement. Either AGS pays a royalty to Heathgate or The Blues pay a royalty to AGS, the highest offer per lb of uranium mined wins.
