Let's start by saying I'm not a lawyer.
However, if HG / Quasar are found guilty of deceptive and misleading conduct, which resulted in AGS handing over 75% of the ownership, then the court reinstates the position as it was before the D & ML Conduct occurred ie AGS with 100%.
If this was to occur I imagine HG / Q would have a claim as to money they spent developing the resource.
If they were found not to have been deceptive and misleading, they will hand over nothing and AGS will retain 25%. That is why its either 25% AGS or 100%.
If both sides are not certain they are going to win, they will probably try to negotiate somewhere in between.
