the access to books and records that ags lost and appealed and lost again didn't result in the appeal being in court for years so how can you confidently state that this complaint if appealed will be tied up for years?
i'm also not sure where you heard that heathgate is saying the information they withheld wouldn't have had a significant effect on ags renewing the jv.
i don't think heathgate has has made any comments about withholding anything from alliance as yet.
just putting the record straight but happy to be proven wrong.
