maybe it would be fair to say that heathgate's defence hasn't really started yet and there may not even be a defence if this matter doesn't go to trial.
there is no need to rush a settlement before june 30 as it doesn't really matter if a settlement occurred 6 months ago or it occurs sometime over the next 3 and a half weeks. four mile mining is not being held up by this complaint.
the big question i guess is will heathgate start their defence june 30. the majority here via the metalduster survey say no heathgate defence will be necessary.
lookout for a trading halt maybe.
i'm excited. i'm pumped. i hope the settlement is creative.
don't forget the settlement, if it happens, will most likely involve the mining lease and the exploration licence. not just the deposits already discovered.
