I put 267,000 AGS on the market at .20 over the weekend. They started to sell to day, about 150,000 so far. I am not confident it is the right thing to do, the asset is valuable, and the race is not always to the swift, but all things considered I believe it is best for me. 17,000 shares I have held since December 2008 part of a parcel I sold in 2012 the others I bought in 2011.
I will watch for an opportunity to re enter. I may even buy at a price higher than I sold. I will see how the court case proceeds. In my opinion from what I understand it would be better for AGS to ask for less. They may receive more that way. But I dont have have much information To base decisions on, mainly assumptions. I will watch at the end of the court case if the directors buy. If they dont the stock is not trading at less than its value, or they still know things that are not public knowledge and can influence the share price (a deal?). I will take it one day at a time. Let it be.
