tutes
The one thing that has to happen is for AGS to rid themselves of the BBros.
Theres only two ways as I see it
The easy way- Take an offer or
The hard way - Through the Courts.
atm we are at the mercy of the BBros. Think about what they could do to AGS with the 75% Management control
for example They could sell the Uranium at a loss, break even.
They've broken Contracts before to gain an advantage.imo
Everything depends on the strength of AGS's case.
From what I've picked up from conversations with AGS's Management is that they want out from the J/V, their preferred option, as to a higher percentage and as Sludge posted IF The BBros offered a higher percentage the vote would go to shareholders and I.G. would not vote as he said he wants the 75% back. imo (things change of course)
Only the Directors know the true facts and come June 30 and beyond we will get a better handle on what our Directors are wanting to achieve. imo
We could be a month or years away from a result? imo
Ending up, as AGS is atm with 25%, wouldn't be pretty. In fact very ugly.!
Hoping for the "best" result for us all - The return of the 75%.
Good Luck All
