AGS can keep their share of the project which adds value if Quasar wants it all.

Maybe the RCR Report was agreed upon by both Quasar and Alliance as a means of getting an independent valuation.

Maybe we should all be thankful that Mr Gandel and the Directors own as many shares as they do which assists in preventing Quasar from attempting a hostile takeover at a low price.

I don't think anyone is cutting their own throats because there is only so much an acquirer can do in certain situations.
