    Sid - A previous poster (apologies I can't remember who) suggested that a re-tender would basically be a win for AVQ as they already have the support of the landowners, and the landowners are deemed to be powerful.
    So although I will not profess to know anything about the SI legal system, and if such a decision is even possible, a "nobody wins - start again" verdict would not necessarily be a loss to AVQ.
