i posted earlier that I expect 1.5days for the verdict to be handed down.
axiom have done the right thing by calling TH, though personally I don't expect to see it trading before Monday myself,
as the norm though if the stock doesn't open by the time indicated then it will go into suspension until news can be released to the market.
will be glad to be proven wrong, but I don't see a quick ruling handed down by the judge..... As long as it is the right decision who cares really.

I would rather momentum be built over the weekend anyways, and axiom need to be both clear and careful on the Ann they release to the market.
