What the heck kind of message does it send out to those companies who have applied for new licenses in the recently closed 14th Onshore round ?

Apparently DECC are contacting them to find out whether they are still interested in the light of recent falls in the price of oil !

They had better get back on the phone if this decision or the Dart one is negative .
