Excuse the rather ominous thread title.
Thought it was appropriate to repost what the S.I. Constitution says about judgements.
Under Section 11(9), the Constitution provides that all proceedings "including the announcement of the decision of the court" must be held in public.
Therefore it is reasonable to assume that we will be notified that a decision is coming (via a trading halt presumably) and that the judgement will be given on that day in the S.I. Appeals Court.
How long to the judgement is of course now the big question.
Cheers and continued good luck.
