rethinking this, if Todd are prepared to payout around double our market cap you would not think it such a big step to restructure and takeoever , FMS perhaps as some sort of joint bid with other major holders, seems the board are reluctant to release all the assets.
the current offer involves much higher cost base than around a year ago, inUS$ I recall something about $46
a tonne cost base anyone recall the figures, we have raeched an impasse of time/reward whats it to be, I am 60 now, wait till 70?
