Im sure some of these guys arent as pure as the driven snow.
But as spider mentioned any grey areas or messy as i called it will lead to a dismissal. CHM case will need to be black or white.
Has anyone the documented proof this money was a loan or an investment.!!!
Was the money exchanged amoung the same company. Like MFS is doing now.
CHM feel agrieved and you must admit the timing of this claim is very opportunistic which makes it suspect.
We will be talking like this around in circles for years to come if CHM have any sort of case.
Or this will be all over in a few months if their is no foundation in CHM claim.
I personally think this will be over sooner than later.
