Unless you are female and in good shape I think I will change sides and barrack for MMX rather than see that !
Seriously unless MMX can provide reasons to satisfaction of court why they ended up with CHM shares to sell to raise cash they have major problems.
I have faith in AH and do not beleive they would put name to case unless they believed it had substance.
If case moves forward then MMX alresdy in trouble for making statement "that case has no foundation" as it would be considered to have made misleading statements to market.
For MMX holders you better hope that current board have a full handle what Grimaldi Barnes etc actually did when establishing MMX when both CHM and MMX were managed by same group.
Anyway it would be un australian not to go the underdog
