AMPhave been found guilty and therefore there is contingent liability which mustbe disclosed under stock exchange rules. The only thingunknown at this stage is the amount and given AMP will have the draftorders prepared by Corrs Chambers Westgarth they will know what the worst-casescenario looks like, and it is this number I assume they are required toreport.
If AMPdoesn’t disclose the full amount of the liability (the amount Corrs Chambers Westgarth isasking for on behalf of the Class) they will be accused of misleading themarket.
