5 million shares turned over today....out of 500 million?...not very exciting. if any one knew anything thered be 10 times more activity. i have a million shares and opps myself but wouldn't consider tryin to move the market with that piddly amount at the moment, and the day an aussie company can take a case to court in a dubious legal system such as namibias and have the odds stacked in their favour is not here yet. If I had to guess I'd say we have a 25% chance of a favourable result. I'd say the pot odds are pretty good.
Trading was however a bit slower than I expected. It looks to me like all the recent buying has been done by tiring faithful MLS followers. I hope we will all be rewarded for our patience soon.
Has all the evidence been presented and has the judge said his decision is pending?
